regarding my comfort:one. blacklisted users cannot commission or obtain my art/designs unless they got it prior to being blockedtwo. by having complete rights to my work, i can utilize any commission as an art example unless asked otherwise
eg: the commission is a gift and is meant to be kept a secretthree. i refuse to draw pornographic, racist, and overall morally incorrect content
eg: hate speech, threats, pedophilia, zoophilia, excessive gorefour. i have the right to decline any commission. if asked, i will notify the rejected commissioner of the reasonfive. do not put your tos over my designs or artwork
eg: tradelocking (includes priority pings), co-owningregarding commissions:six. payment is through paypal only, and must be sent before i begin working on your commissionseven. when it comes to refunds, you will receive a certain percentage of your money back depending on how far i got to your commission
eg: not started gets 100% back, sketched gets 75%, lined gets 50%, colored gets 25%, and anything beyond that will get no refunds. you will not be refunded if you dislike your commission: i make sure to update my clients regularly for an enjoyable result

eight. additional characters cost 25% off the original price. however, please note that depending on the type of commission and the complexity of your character, the original price should increase slightly
eg: the character includes a diverse amount of colors, markings, or detailed accessories (such as pots, satchels, backpacks, complicated arrangements, etc.)nine. you must have a clear, drawn reference of your character, as i find it hard to translate real-life images into solid designs. this rule doesn't count for custom design inspirationten. be polite when asking for updates: my schedule, poor mental health, and chronic tendonitis cause my ability to create to fluctuate and decrease. if you think i'm taking too long, kindly reach out to me and i will get back to you as soon as possibleregarding designs:eleven. when selling a design made by me, i must be notified about the incoming owner (this is to prevent theft and blacklisted users from using my work)twelve. do not hide my designs from me: if protecting your characters, please authorize me or give me a key to those i've createdthirteen. do not sell my designs for a higher price than acquired, unless it has additional value

i count scenes as additional complex backgrounds. the pricing varies and is usually determined by the price of the character alone, plus the shading and requested background.for example, a fullbody scene of a character in a beach setting would have a base price of $110 ($60 for the fullbody's base price + $10 shading + $40 background)since this price is discussed with the commissioner, it will fluctuate depending on the client's wants, the characters they want depicted, and their budget.

character designs
on base customs have a base price of $30 each. complexity fees apply. the commissioner can choose between forager's p2u chibi base, or aleskay's p2u base.however, and as the name suggests, hand-drawn customs are more expensive. the latter is affected by the style the client chooses for their custom to be drawn in: style a (regular, more detailed and pricey), or style b (generally used for casual batches, less detailed and pricey).
style a: $70 base price, with complexity fees up to $30 ($100 maximum total)
style b: $40 base price, with complexity fees up to $30 ($70 maximum total)
